The columns are recognised for you, duplicates are skipped, and a last-visit column comes across too. Anyone not on the list takes seconds to add, and records create themselves the first time anyone books.
Is my customer list shared with anyone?+
Never. Your customer list belongs to your business alone. Even a customer who visits two businesses on BeNotely is a separate record at each, by design.
Can customers see my notes?+
No. Notes are private to your business. Customers see their own bookings and messages, never what you've written.
What counts as a visit?+
Past bookings that weren't cancelled, so the count stays honest even when nobody presses “completed”. No-shows are tallied separately and never inflate visits.
What happens to duplicates?+
Likely duplicates, found by shared email, mobile or a shared account, are queued for review. You choose whether to merge; history moves to the surviving record and nothing is ever lost.
