One no-show usually costs more than a month
Solo is $29 a month. A single missed appointment is often worth more than that on its own. Take a deposit, stop one no-show, and the plan has already paid for itself, and everything else it does, the reminders, the waitlist, the rebooking nudges, is on top.
The fine print, plainly
Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up and you get 30 days of everything on the house. A card only comes into it when you pick a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
You move to the Free plan. Your booking page, website, calendar and customers all keep working. Paid features like text reminders and deposits turn off until you upgrade. Nothing is ever deleted.
Are these the full prices?
Yes. Prices are in AUD with GST included, there are no lock-in contracts, and there's no surcharge for paying your subscription by card. The only extra we charge is text messages beyond your monthly included amount, and packs never expire.
What are the card processing fees?
Nothing from us. We take no commission and no platform fee on your bookings, so
what a customer pays you is yours.
If you switch on online payments, you connect your own Stripe account and Stripe's
processing fee applies, the same as it would anywhere else. In Australia that's
currently 1.7% + 30c for a domestic card, set by Stripe and correct as at August
2026. Take cash or use your own card machine and there's no processing fee at all.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Moving up applies immediately and we only charge the difference; moving down takes effect at your next renewal.
