A consent for a lash lift, a consultation before a facial, an intake for a new client. If a service needs something signed or answered before the visit, build it once under Catalogue → Forms, attach it to the services that need it, and the link rides the booking messages you already send. Customers fill it in on a page in your brand, sign by typing their name, and the signed form lands on their record.
In three steps
- Build it. Start from a template, import the form you already use, or build from nothing, then attach it to services. Build a form.
- Send it. With a booking it goes out on its own; you can also send it again, open it on your own screen at the counter, send it to everyone already booked, or ask someone with no booking at all. Send a form.
- Keep it. The signed form, its PDF and any photos or files sit on the customer's record, and the bell tells you when one comes back. Where signed forms live.
Forms are part of the Solo plan and above.
Do I have to attach a form to a service?
No. A form with no service attached is still there to ask for by hand, from a customer's profile or from a message. Attaching it to a service is what makes it go out with every booking of that service.
Where did the paper forms go?
Anything you've already scanned stays under the customer's Files tab. New forms are signed on screen and filed there automatically.
