Share your booking link

Where your booking link lives, the spots that fill your calendar, and what happens if you rename it.

Your booking page lives at benotely.com/your-business-name. It shows your real availability, straight from your calendar, and it works at any hour on any phone. The more places you put it, the more it fills your calendar on its own.

Settings → Integrations walks you through every placement below with your link ready to copy - and once a visit arrives from a channel, the card confirms it's working.

Where to put it

  • Your Instagram bio. For most appointment businesses this is the single best spot. Use your booking link as the bio link.
  • Your TikTok profile. Business accounts can carry a website link - switch to one free in TikTok's settings.
  • A "Book now" button on your Facebook Page. Facebook Pages can carry an action button that opens your booking page.
  • Your Google Business Profile. Add it as your booking or appointment link, so "book" appears right on your Google listing.
  • Wherever you reply to messages. When someone asks "anything Saturday?", send the link instead of typing times back and forth; it shows what's genuinely free right now.
  • Your website. If you publish one with BeNotely, booking is already built into every page, so your site and your link are the same front door.

Add it to your Instagram bio

  1. Copy your booking link from your dashboard. The share button beside it has an Instagram option that copies the link and opens Instagram for you.
  2. In Instagram, open your profile and tap Edit profile.
  3. Tap Links (on some accounts it says Website), choose Add external link, and paste your booking link.
  4. Save. Anyone visiting your profile can now tap through and book.

Add a "Book now" button to your Facebook Page

  1. Copy your booking link from your dashboard.
  2. Open your Facebook Page (as the Page, not your personal profile).
  3. Near your Page's name, find the action button - it may say Add action button, or show a button you can edit.
  4. Choose Book now, then the option to send people to a website link.
  5. Paste your booking link and save. Your Page now carries a Book now button that opens your live times.

Facebook moves these menus around from time to time, but the path is always the same three ideas: the Page's action button, "Book now", your link.

Add it to your Google Business Profile

  1. Search Google for your business name while signed in to the Google account that manages your profile.
  2. Choose Edit profile, then look for Booking or Appointment links.
  3. Paste your booking link and save. "Book" now appears right on your Google listing.

Don't have a Google Business Profile yet? Create one free at business.google.com - it puts your business on Google Maps, and a home-based business can keep its address hidden by choosing the service-area option.

Add it to your TikTok profile

  1. Switch your TikTok account to a Business account (free, under Settings, then Account). Business accounts can add a website link with no follower minimum.
  2. Copy your booking link from your dashboard.
  3. On your profile, tap Edit profile, paste the link into the Website field and save.

Print a QR code

Settings → Integrations has ready-to-print QR designs for your booking page: an A5 poster for the counter or window and a square sticker for doors, mirrors and price lists - each in your brand colour with your logo (or your business name) and a "scan to book" message, plus the plain QR code on its own if you'd rather design around it. Everything is print resolution, so it stays sharp at any size. A scan opens your live times, and scans show as their own channel in your booking page report. The pieces carry a small "Book using BeNotely" line; on a paid plan you can untick it.

Put a Book now button on another website

If you run a website built outside BeNotely, Settings → Integrations has a ready-made Book now button: copy the snippet and paste it into your site where you want the button. (A website published with BeNotely already has booking built into every page.)

Copy your link

You'll find your booking link in your dashboard, ready to copy. Paste it wherever you like; it's the same link everywhere, and it never expires.

Renaming your link

You can rename your link once every 30 days, and here's the important part: the old link keeps working forever. It quietly forwards to the new one, so a link printed on a business card or an old post never breaks.

FAQs

What do my customers see when they open it?

Your services with durations and prices, your team (they can pick their person or take the first available time), and only the times that are genuinely free. They can also just type what they need, like "cut and colour Saturday morning", and get back a real time to book. See How your customers book.

Do customers need an account to book?

Never. A name and contact details are enough. Signing in is optional, and only adds conveniences like saved details for next time.

Still need a hand?

Drop us a line any time and someone on our team will help you sort it.
